A medical emergency or urgency is an acute condition or illness that poses an immediate risk to a person’s life or long-term health. Medical emergencies require specialized care and can occur both inside and outside a hospital, whether on the street or at home.
A psychiatric emergency or urgency is an acute or chronic condition that requires psychiatric intervention, such as a suicide attempt, substance abuse, psychosis, aggressive behavior, panic attacks, acute stress disorder, or post-traumatic stress disorder. The care of these patients requires psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, and social workers

Process
Evaluation
It begins with an initial assessment by our therapeutic team so that once the patient is evaluated, a strategy can be developed based on their individuality.
Therapy
Through various occupational therapies combined with psychotherapy and family support, the patient will undergo a process focused on providing recovery or stabilization in a comfortable setting, with spacious facilities and a highly experienced therapeutic team.
Medications
We provide pharmaceutical services where the patient will be supervised by our pharmacist, who will consider not only psychiatric medications but also treatments for any underlying medical conditions.
Inpatient or outpatient care
Not all of our treatments require hospitalization. We also offer support through outpatient services, allowing patients to start an outpatient process and later determine if hospitalization is necessary
